Create Caylee’s Law

Caylee’s mother Casey Anthony was found NOT GUILTY Of First-Degree Murder by a jury of her peers

I feel that Casey Anthony was given a fair trial and the justice system worked in this case.

This case is an opportunity for us to strengthen existing laws or create new ones to protect children in this country

We need to re-focus all that negative energy that is given to Casey Anthony and focus on something positive in Caylee memory. Being angry at Casey Anthony and giving all the air time to her case is just fueling the fire. We need to take the cameras and interest off Casey and focus on something that is positive and take care of the children of this society

Headline News should focus on getting Caylee’s Law pass in this country and stop chasing rating

Undocumented student’s arrest called part of ‘civil rights disaster’

“Jessica’s case is yet another outrageous example of the unaccountable local enforcement of immigration laws in Cobb County gone awry,” said Azadeh Shahshahani, ACLU of Georgia’s national security/immigrants’ rights project director.

“Sheriff Warren has embarked on a witch hunt, wasting money and county resources for political gain,” said Adelina Nicholls of the Georgia Latino Alliance for Human Rights. “This is not about public safety.”

Is this about public safety or a witch hunt?

Is this giving local authorities in many states the latitude to act as immigration officials — a right that is often abused.

Is this a role for local police authorities or should this be kept at the federal level

My thoughts

Individual states do not declare war on another country – Individual states are doing this by imposing their own laws in this area

Maybe the president should have town hall meeting throughout the country and start a meaningful conversation with citizens to come up with ways to solve this problem

Giving this over to local police and sheriff departments will only intensify the issue

My Views On Support Our Law Enforcement and Safe Neighborhoods Act Arizona SB1070

Arizona Senate Bill 1070 is legislation signed into law in the U.S. state of Arizona by Governor Jan Brewer on April 23, 2010

Reporter:What does an “illegal immigrant” looks like?

Here is the governor response:

Why did the Governor of Arizona signed Arizona Senate Bill 1070 if she do not know what an illegal immigrant looks like?

The United States Immigration Policy should not be about  a particular country. The policy should be fair for all wanting to live in this country

My views on Glenn Beck

The most disturbing thing to me is not Mr. Beck, himself, nor is it his set of bizarre views. What disturbs me the most is that a rather large body of American citizens, apparently, hangs on his every word. These people, apparently, seems drawn to the core of his message, which is based upon fear and loathing of the others that are different from him. Mr. Beck is preaching hate and fear, which is not good for anyone. If you have not taken time to listen to GLEN BECK please do so. If you agree with the views and opinions expressed on his shows -continue listening and enjoy. BUT if you do not agree with the views and opinions expressed on these shows take time to write or call the companies advertising on them. Let them know that you cannot in good faith continue to support a company with your hard earned money in these tough economic times that support the views and opinions expressed on these shows
